Our team was commissioned to assess the deformation of this runner belt for Innergex in 2020. We inspected the runner belt using our Hexagon 7540 measuring arm. The analysis precisely revealed the exact deformation, enabling us to offer our customer two options: rehabilitating the existing runner belt or manufacturing a new one.

The runner belt was carefully manufactured at Aciers Richelieu before being machined, assembled, and painted at Usinage St-Laurent’s facilities. The result was absolutely stunning, and we’re delighted to have put our evaluation and manufacturing expertise to good use and help Innergex to improve its operations.
