We cleaned and sandblasted components containing lead paint, and repaired various turbine and alternator components by welding, machining, and painting. Such as the operating ring, thrust bearing, lower thrust bearing sleeve, thrust bearing oil seal, the servomotor coupling, the thrust bearing support, the turbine guide bearing, the turbine shaft, the upper guide bearing shoe support, the upper and lower bottom labyrinths, the cover, links, braking jack, as well as the wicket gate stopper and lever.

We also performed non-destructive tests to guarantee the quality of the repairs.
